Welcome to 509A Pearl! This first floor unit is spacious and pet-friendly with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms located directly across the street from a beautiful Cape May Point swimming beach. Enjoy a day in the sun and sand, return home across the street for dinner on the deck, and head back to the beach for amazing sunset views. Outside, you will find two decks with tables and seating for meals or relaxing, and an outdoor shower for a post-beach rinse. Inside, there are four bedrooms, including two with Queen beds, one with Queen sized sofa bed and one with a pyramid bunk bed. There is a sunny, eat-in kitchen with all the amenities needed for meal preparation, and a second kitchenette with an extra fridge and bar seating that opens on to the back deck. The large, comfortable living room is great for evening movies or games. Overall, an ideal rental for one large family or two small families for a great getaway in Cape May Point. Yard is not fenced. $150 pet fee (one pet limit). $150 Owner Expense Fee for all rentals.***VRBO guests, please note the breakdown of your fees is as follows, the Service Fee is STRICTLY a VRBO Fee and is not charged by Homestead.
