Located less than two blocks from the beach, the property backs up to green acres. With a private front entrance, the entire second floor is yours to enjoy. You have a living room, dining room, large kitchen, three bedrooms and one and a half baths. Sliding doors provide easy access to the rear deck that runs the length of the house. A natural gas grill is on the rear deck for outdoor cooking. There is an outside hot/cold enclosed lighted shower to make the return for the beach much easier. Beach cart, umbrella, and beach chairs are provided for our guests use. The first floor tenant has his own private rear entrance and patio.
we upgraded the kitchen in 2024 with a new counter, sink, and the cabinets have been painted A new electric stove was installed for the 2023 season. The kitchen has a center island for seating for two and seating for six at the dining room table. The master bedroom contains a large king bed, the front corner bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has two new twin beds. The house backs up to green acres so there are no homes behind us. The shared washer and dryer is located on the first floor, access is from the side of the house.

We have recently painted the living room, dining room, kitchen and hall. The half bath off the master bedroom has been updated with a new vanity and tile floor. There are five ceiling fans to help cool the rooms. located in the dining room, living room, and the three bedrooms. There is off street parking for two cars. Check in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
