the prices are given per object / night with an occupancy up to max 4 guests. The house can with max. 4 guests. A laundry package consisting of bed linen and towels can be booked for EUR 20.00 per person. The use of water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the flat rate of 95.00 euros. Electricity is included in the rental price up to 100 kWh / week due to the sauna. Any additional consumption will be charged at 0.37 € / kWh on departure.
the deposit of 20000 euros is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. If the delivery is made properly on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 7 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.
