we warmly welcome you to our newly built "starboard" holiday home right on the water
on the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen where our guests can cook to their heart's content and enjoy the view of the gliding sailing ships In the adjoining dining room you can enjoy your meals at the large dining table and afterwards our guests can end the evening with a glass of wine and a view of the water on the cozy lounge corner in front of the fireplace.
when the weather is nice, our guests can look forward to a spacious south-facing terrace, where they can enjoy a sundowner on cozy outdoor furniture and a steba electric grill The terrace borders directly on the water, so that full attention can also be paid to the hustle and bustle in the harbor and the sound of the sea. The property is completely fenced.
on the upper floor, our guests can expect 2 bedrooms with exclusive box spring beds (1 80x2. 00), which were purchased in a bed factory and on which it is wonderful to dream and relax. Each bedroom has its own balcony with a view of the water. The large wellness bath brings our guests particularly well into the day. In the wellness bath there is a large floor-level shower, a large washstand, a bathtub, a toilet and a Finnish sauna. A Bluetooth speaker contributes to musical entertainment. Another toilet is on the ground floor.

pets are welcome and will be charged 800 euros / night. The use of water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the flat rate of 119.00 euros. Electricity is included in the rental price up to 100 kWh / week due to the sauna. Any additional consumption will be charged at 0.37 € / kWh on departure.
the deposit of 20000 euros is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. If the delivery is made properly on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.
