Positive: Fantastic views of the sea, Vietri and Salerno from two terraces and a grassy yard. Very well equipped with all cooking utensils and cookware we needed for a week, espresso machine, condiments, bug spray, umbrellas, a welcome basket of food and drinks, bathroom soap and shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. The owner gave us a ride from the Salerno train station to the property, and arranged for a ride to the Naples airport for our son. Very peaceful environment away from busy streets. Heating and A/C in every room. Two bathrooms. Bug screen on the kitchen window and the back bedroom door to provide ventilation without mosquitoes. I would return in a heartbeat.
Negative: We knew coming in there are a lot of stairs to get to either Raito or Vietri. It's a cost of having the views and quiet. Although we hike a lot, it was still challenging on a daily basis. Only very minor issues, the kitchen knives could be sharpened. The fire TV stick wouldn't connect to WiFi, but not an issue for us with that view
