Summary: Ninnetta's house was clean as can be. Carmine, the owner, had his mom meet us. The whole village seems to know one another, it is that small! As we were having difficulty finding the address as there are 2 stairways that go up to the apartment, I asked a man if he knew where it was and we happened to be right at Carmine's sister's door, so he knocked, she told us Mom was on her way and where the apartment was. She showed us around. Carmine came over after work with travel brochures for the area and mapped out our next 2 days of sightseeing. Instead of taking the bus around the coast he suggested the ferry, which was a great way to see the coast and be on the water at the same time. So our 3 nights were delightful and we even got our laundry done. Carmine even brought over groceries on Thursday night for us as we didn't realize the store would close early that night. Called him to ask about it and he came over that evening with everything we needed. He booked one of the restaurants too as it has a driver to come pick you up. So Carmine was very accommodating in every way!
