cozy home located next to uptown lexington near the historic district The spacious living room is well appointed with a leather sofa featuring powered recliners perfect after a long day. The hardwood floors flow throughout the home and into the bedrooms which feature large closets and ceiling fans. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining. You will love cooking with all new appliances including a stove, built-in microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The home is complete with a new washer and dryer. The kitchen and bathrooms feature hardwoods as well. The 2nd floor bathroom has a large tub with shower, sink vanity and toilet. On the main level there is a half bath.
storage is not an issue in this house which features a large linen closet and kitchen pantry There is also additional storage in the utility room located off of the fenced in patio.

our beds offer clean sheets and comfy pillows and will be all made up when you arrive In the primary bedroom there is a king size bed with a full body length mirror, large walk-in closet and a separate vanity from the main bathroom so you don’t have to share with your messy loved ones. The secondary bedroom features a large closet and a queen size bed. All our mattresses are foam with protective covers so you can have peace of mind.
laundry will be a breeze with our newer washer and dryer The dryer is in a separate room off the patio. We have provided tide and bounce dryer sheets for your convenience.
