In 2008 the community was added to the National Register of Historic Places. The property has been completely restored with modern touches while still retaining its charm and character. There is a large front porch perfect for sitting outside. The factory remains in operation so you will occasionally hear the sounds of American Ingenuity. The sidewalk lined streets with street lamps will light the path to a small park with walking trail, swings and more for the whole family.
