located in the courtyard garden of the main charantaise property, facing east and therefore benefiting the sun from early morning to late afternoon
access to the property is from the sun terrace into the main living, kitchen and, dining areas
each gite has a kitchen which is equipped with an electric oven/grill, fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery
both living area's have a large sofa which can be made into a comfortable double bed for the 5/8 person and both benefit from a log burner, ideal for keeping warm during the autumn and winter months
each gite has a tv , gite des abielles has a dvd player and netflix whilst gîte des ruches plays dvd's only and guests can request these from the host
the large first floor bedrooms consist of a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and has an ensuite shower room In addition, Gîte des Abielles has a first floor terrace which is accessible from the bedroom and a perfect place to enjoy fresh ground coffee and croissants in the morning or relax in the evening with an apéritif or glass of wine.
there is also a separate toilet and wash basin available on the ground floor in gîte des abielles
the swimming pool is located in the courtyard garden and benefits by having the sun all day Patio seating area with parasols is provided and whilst bedding and bath towels are available in the Gîtes we kindly ask guests to bring their own pool/beach towels.
