located in the courtyard garden of the main charantaise property, facing east and therefore benefiting the sun from early morning to late afternoon
access to the property is from the sun terrace into the main living, kitchen and, dining areas
the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven/grill, fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery
the living area has a large sofa which can be made into a comfortable double bed for the 3/4 person and benefits from a log burner, ideal for keeping warm during the autumn and winter months
a tv, with netflix, along with a dvd player is available and if required guests can request these from the host
the large first floor bedroom consists of a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and has an ensuite shower room In addition, a first floor terrace is accessible from the bedroom which is a perfect place to enjoy fresh ground coffee and croissants in the morning or relax in the evening with an apéritif or glass of wine.
there is also a separate toilet and wash basin available on the ground floor
the swimming pool is located in the courtyard garden and benefits by having the sun all day Patio seating area with parasol is provided and whilst bedding and bath towels are available in the Gîte we kindly ask guests to bring their own pool/beach towels.
