Positive: There was no breakfast so I can't comment. Lots of open groceries or maybe leftovers from previous guests cannot be counted as a free breakfast.
Negative: Carpets were very dirty as were the window frames and the balcony. Cobwebs everywhere on the balcony. Even saw hair on the bathroom floor. For the amount paid, I expected better. Could not see the beach but could see the ocean. Noises from the floor above at night. Address did not match the actual location. Signs everywhere stated rooms were not to be rented out as airbnb or short stays. This made our stay very uncomfortable. I had pre-requested a crib but it was only delivered on the second night after a lot of back and forth. We had a 3 month old and could not use the crib as its base was too low. I prepaid for parking but they kept on asking for payment. It looked like multiple people were managing this property and they weren't talking to each other.
