Positive: The property has an amazing view and a fantastic location. It's much more spacious than the photos suggest and incredibly comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. I noticed some reviews mentioned the limited amenities, but I personally didn’t mind picking up a few extras like toilet paper and air freshener - Ralphs and Trader Joe’s are just a 15-min walk away. The view is simply stunning - breathtaking both during the day and at night. I also really appreciated that the bathroom had a handheld showerhead, not just a fixed one, which made things more convenient. And finally, the hosts - absolutely the kindest and most pleasant people I’ve encountered in all my booking experiences.
Negative: This place isn’t ideal for those who rely on food deliveries, as it’s clearly stated they’re not allowed - but it does come with a fully equipped, very comfy kitchen, so you can easily cook for yourself. As well for those who tend to wake up later - there are no blackouts in the bedroom - do not forget your sleeping masks and earplugs - as the tennis court is opposite your windows, but it's kinda not very noisy.
