the pony stalls has two bedrooms upstairs, each with en-suites On the ground floor is a separate sitting room which can be used as a third bedroom, the sofa-bed can convert into a double for two guests (it's really comfy!) and this room also has an en-suite with shower. There are just two stone steps up to the front door.

the pony stalls is a detached barn conversion, located on a working farm The owners live nearby and there is one other holiday property at the farm, called Broomy Barn (sleeps 8).
a welcome hamper with homemade scones, clotted cream, locally made jam and milk will be ready for your arrival Also, we will supply some tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil etc. to get you started plus some pods for the Dolce Gusto Coffee machine will be available. The welcome hamper will be tailored for Christmas and special occasions.

the cottage is fitted with all new appliances and the kitchen is well-equipped with electric range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a dolce gusto coffee machine with a selection of complementary pods to get you started Also, there is a good supply of cookware, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
the living area has a television and dvd player with free sat, and wi-fi is available throughout the property at no extra cost An iron and ironing board, and hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
there are also tv's in the lounge [with sofa bed] and in the main bedroom upstairs

The parish extends from the Haddeo Valley up to the ridge of the Brendon Hills. It includes Wimbleball Lake, a reservoir which can store more than 21,000 megalitres of water and offers all kinds of water-based activities and the hamlets of Withiel Florey, Bury, Gupworthy and Hartford.
