the perfect location for surfing or lounging on the beach (porthmeor beach is just 1 minute on foot), visiting galleries (the tate is less than 2 minutes away) or for exploring st ives (harbour, shops, restaurants, pubs all just steps away)
the upstairs living area has light and spacious kitchen/dining/living space and benefits from a small patio just off the kitchen, catching the sun for the best part of the day for those colder evenings the gas log burning stove makes things nice and cosy!
