The apartment has amazing sea views across the bay to Godrevy lighthouse from both bedrooms and distant sea views towards St Ives Island from the lounge, kitchen and balcony. Located just above Carbis Bay Beach, one of the best in the UK, it's less than a 5 minute walk to the water's edge and an ideal base for exploring the many wonderful attractions West Cornwall has to offer.
the property is light and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms There is a well equipped newly refurbished kitchen and bathrooms, with a comfortable lounge / diner, all of which lead out onto the balcony. the balcony itself has a table and four chairs and is a perfect sun trap throughout the afternoon and evening, ideal for having a drink whilst watching the sun go down!
