No smoking is permitted anywhere on site* *Please be prepared to provide guests names and date of birth as we perform background checks on all guests. Confirmed guests will be subject to a criminal background check. This is a requirement by the property owners and building management and therefore we must abide by their requirements. This apartment is located within 1,000 feet from a public high school and therefore convicted sex offenders are unable to stay in this building. *You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. *Community rules and parking disclaimer will be sent via e-signature to all guests and must be completed prior to check in. The form will ask the reservation holder upload a photo of their ID. This is a requirement for the leasing office on site. *Additional guest, parking is first come first served along the street just outside the building.
