-there are 2 living areas separated by the kitchen/dining areas The main living room offers seating for 7 people plus benches that can be pulled into the room to seat 13. The theatre room offers seating for 6 people and the benches can also be pulled into this room to seat 12.
-there are two full bathrooms One has a tub/shower. The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
