the house is complete with a full kitchen, 15 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. A full deck, equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ. The deck provides spectacular views to watch the sunset. Kitchen is equipped with a full fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and other small kitchen appliances. The house also has an EV charger for electric vehicles.

the house is equipped with forced air a/c and heat making it a perfect place to stay in the summer or winter! there is also a gas fireplace to cozy up to in the winter

guests have access to the cottage and the waterfront area There is a dock on the beach. The dock is brought in for the winter (usually sometime in October) and put back in the water in the spring (around May). Occasionally, the property owners may be on the beach for beach/property maintenance, but apart from that the beach is private. Please note, the garage is not included in the booking. for the security of our guests and the safety
of our home, we have an external ring doorbell / security camera on the front porch It is always on and recording. There are no other cameras on the premises.
we are always available by phone, email or text during your stay The owners of the property live next door as well and are available when needed.
georgian bay is a beautiful place to spend a holiday! the water is warm, the beaches are sandy and there is an abundance of things to do! the area has plenty of beautiful trails if you enjoy hiking or biking In Midland you can catch a ride on the Georgian Spirit boat to see many of the surrounding islands. keep your eye out for turtles!
midland has a public transport system The house is located in Port McNicoll which is a short 10 minute drive from Midland. There are taxi services in the area as well.
the maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 6 Should it be found that there are more than 6 people on the property at any given time, you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will be charged for the extra guests.
absolutely no parties allowed Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm - 8 am daily.
any watercraft on site is to be used at your own discretion We will not be held liable for any incidents resulting from onsite water equipment use. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of weather conditions, watercraft rules and any local laws associated with the use of the equipment. Our dock is not suitable for leaving any watercraft tied to it due to rough water.
pets are permitted as long as they are added to the booking Pets are NOT permitted on any of the beds. If you do wish to have your pet on the beds then we request that you bring your own bedding (ours are white and we'd like to keep them that way) so that our linens don't get stained or accumulate dog hair. Please ensure your pet is watched at all times and does not damage anything or cause a disturbance to the neighbours. Please pick up after your pet on the lawn as well.
