the cabin is located in tay township which is a 15 minute drive from midland where you can purchase groceries and visit cafe's and restaurants
the maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 5 Should it be found that there are more than 5 people on the property at any given time, you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will be charged for the extra guests.
absolutely no parties allowed Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm - 8 am daily.
pet's are not permitted unless discussed with us in advance
the cottage operates on a holding tank Please consider the environment and use eco-friendly products as much as possible. The water is potable.
