This light and airy 2 bed/1 bath is ideal for small families, with a queen-sized bed, 2 twin-sized beds, and a queen-sized pullout sofa with Serta mattress. Just a short 5 minute walk to the bay beach and playground or 6 minutes to the ocean (with ADA compliant entryway), this location is the best of both worlds. Our street is 1 of only 4 in Ship Bottom with bay beach access, and 1 of 2 with ADA compliant entries! There is a huge shared backyard with new gas grill and picnic area, as well as a newly renovated bottom Trex deck and outdoor shower for your private use. You can literally walk to the Bank of America (the only BOA on the island!), Ship Bottom municipal complex, numerous restaurants, shops, and mini golf courses. Two designated off-street parking spaces for your private use, as well as plenty of on-street parking make this a great spot for friends to visit for the day as well. Includes use of 4 beach chairs and 4 badges that work at both bay and beach during your stay.
