open floor plan kitchen and living room The master bedroom has a king bed with a closet, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a dresser. Full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
this apartment (apartment a) is on the 2nd story and requires 1 flight of stairs to access
shared spaces (common areas) with our other apartment across the hall:
-washer and dryer is in the front foyer
-outdoor shower and beach chairs (located under the stairs going up to the apartment)
-small outdoor space in the back of the building which includes a picnic table, adirondack chairs and charcoal grill
the neighborhood:
less than a mile from the causeway ( route 72)
one block away from faria's surf shop
one block from heartland golf and arcade
walking distance to the port hole restaurant/bar and the pancake house

we do not have any designated parking spots; however, there is free street parking all around the area
