Situated on beautiful Lake Delton with a huge ground floor patio overlooking the beach, our guests can relax and watch as life on the lake flows by. Located near all of the area attractions.

this is a beachfront property in lighthouse cove with a great view You will enjoy the open concept kitchen that is complete with all the essentials. The condo has indoor and outdoor (seasonally) pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from fishing on the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah's Ark waterpark is less than a 10-minute walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

• guests People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest.

• parking Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for residents.
• pets absolutely no pets
• quiet hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub.
• pool areas At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
• grilling There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.
no grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony
• patio/balcony The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over the railings.
• liability Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are

• toilets do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• wildlife no feeding ducks or wildlife
• garbage Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one by the grills.
• docks Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
• boat slips Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may not be kept in #32 overnight.
