this 1500 sq ft condo is setup for families, couples, girl's weekends or those annual golf trips It is everything a lakefront getaway in the Dells should be. Situated on beautiful Lake Delton with a huge 3rd story balcony overlooking the water, our guests can relax and watch as life on the lake flows by. Located near all of the area attractions. This is parking lot level so...no stairs outside or inside!

this is a waterfront property in lighthouse cove with a great view You will enjoy the open concept kitchen that is complete with all the essentials. The condo has indoor and outdoor (seasonally) pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from fishing on the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah's Ark waterpark is less than a 10-minute walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.

• pool areas at no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool
areas only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in
pool No running or diving is allowed. the exercise room and sauna are
reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families swim
diapers are required for the little ones
• grilling there are multiple gas grills available for community use on-
property Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.
no grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony
• patio/balcony The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas.
please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over
the railings
• liability condo owner and association are not responsible for any
accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its
