this condo is located in the smoketree raquet club complex There are several tennis courts and the complex has the 2nd largest heated pool in Palm Springs. The pool and hot tub are heated year round.
this unit is in a prime location within the complex You have views of the pool and surrounding mountains. There are steps from your furnished balcony directly down to the pool.
the bathroom has been fully remodeled The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook full meals. The balcony provides a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, unwind after a long day or enjoy the pool/mountain views. Covered parking is provided. The unit is on the 2nd (top) floor of the building.
everything needed is within walking distance including grocery, restaurants, nail salons, post office, banks, dry cleaning, etc

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed in Joanne’s condo. We love the place. It has everything a person could want. It’s in a good location overlooking the pool and close by shopping and hiking trails. Joanne is very attentive and responds immediately to any questions or concerns. We are booked in next year and are looking forward to it.
