our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end They will take care of everything from check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. They are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
our property is centrally located in palm springs Nearby attractions include the many restaurants and nightlife of Downtown Palm Springs, the galleries and hot spots of the Uptown Design District, the world famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Palm Springs Air Museum.
the ocotillo lodge is a quick uber or taxi ride from palm springs international airport It’s also surrounded by an endless array of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping options. Grocery stores and gyms are all close by, and we provide recommendations for anything you might need.

- the city requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter's government id This will be taken care of during check-in.
- the city requires each guest to pay an 115% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.
arrival/departure
- check-in time is 4pm, and check-out is promptly by 11am
- our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour
- late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest
pets
- one pet is allowed with a fee of $100 Pet must be approved and fee paid prior to check-in. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Having more than one pet will be cause for eviction.
no smoking
- the entire complex is a smoke-free property Any signs of smoking in the unit or on the patio will incur an additional $250 fee.
insurance fee for vrbo & direct bookings (does not apply to airbnb bookings)
guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
● $99: 1-29 nights
● $450: 30-59 nights
● $150: each additional 30-night block
