Enjoy the stunning views from the kitchen, dining room, living room and lanai. The only way to be closer to the beach is if you were getting wet! This end unit offers you privacy of no balcony next door, an additional full side screen on the lanai and additional windows in the kitchen, bath and master. No streets to cross to go to the beach. you are on the beach!

while relaxing in our living room you can open our new pocket doors that create a 18 foot opening to the screened lanai Our private lanai enables you to enjoy your coffee without anyone else being near you. The screened lanai is 6 x 20 foot. Including the lanai you have 1200 square foot of living space.
this unit is complete with a king bed in the private master with full custom bathroom There is a Murphy bed in the living room. Comfortable couch and leather chair are super comfortable. Living room and bedroom are equipped with 90 cable channels. There is a 32 inch flat screen tv in the living room and a 24 inch flat screen tv in the bedroom.

screened lanai is complete with a bartop patio set for overlooking the beach A small patio is also off of the master bedroom.
