Escape to paradise when you book this 1/2 Elevated Duplex unit just steps to the beach! Renovated in 2019 with one queen BR and and one BR with (2) twin beds and two full baths. Please feel free to ask about early check-in - on days when I don't have guests leaving the same day, the unit is typically ready for you.
vaulted ceilings, a brand new kitchen, all new luxury vinyl plank flooring and very comfortable furniture make this unit perfect for a small family or two couples seeking a relaxing getaway
the location:
just behind gulf blvd at bradenton beach on anna maria island, this unit is walking distance (within a mile) to many restaurants, circle k, walgreens, publix, a childrens park, and of course the beach and the bay
the location between cortez rd and Manatee Ave. means you always have two routes to get on/off the island which can be very convenient!
there is also the free trolley to take you all over the island or even down to the amazing st Armands Circle in Sarasota (you will switch over to bus service at the south end of the island to get down Longboat Key). The Monkey Bus will pick you up and drop you off right at your door which is very convenient if you want to have a few drinks and not worry about driving (basically our local taxi service).

after a long day of fun in the sun, return home to wash off the beach sand with a refreshing outdoor shower before heading to one of the many wonderful restaurants or to our famous bridge st for a game of putt putt golf and some shopping.
