Positive: It was a centre of the city and it was comfortable to find it out at the end of the day. The room and the apparts was clean. There was ability to take a coffee or tea, if you want. Additionaly microwave and fridge can be used. Clean shower cabin and lot of light. Didn't use, but able to watch films with Apple TV with wifi. You were able to use serving dishes and another staff for you. Was easy to get the keys and it was able to pre-pay for the keys and then pay the full price after you came in.
Negative: Good to have coffee and tea and, maybe, some sweets if you have coffee machine and keetle. Especially if it is a late visit and you are not able to but a tea in the groceries. So, depending of the visit time good to have some amount of coffee and tea bags in storage units. Was complicated to close the window and there was no instruction how to close it, so we had to sleep with the windy sounds. Additionally wanted to say about sounds from neighbours. You hear literally every sneeze from your neighbours.
Summary: If you are going to stay for couple of days - it is a good choice
