Positive: At least there would be a comfortable bed and mattress
Negative: I lived in this apartment for 3 weeks, the funniest thing is that the management changed my booking dates from three weeks to 3 days, as if I hadn't lived there that long. The pictures look cute on the booking page, but don't be fooled, because in reality everything is much simpler and older. The dishes were all in dust and mold, cups and plates from my grandmother's youth, all of different "designs", there were only 3 normal plates. Same with the pot and pan. The description states that there is an air conditioner - it is not. After my remark, a table fan was brought to me. After a few days of living, I decided to iron my clothes, but it didn't work because the iron and ironing board were in terrible condition. I wrote about it to the manager and waited 2 days for an answer. Every question was answered not for hours but for days. They replaced them and apologized, offered a discount on the last day of stay +- 15%. But when I decided to take an extra day, they forgot that they were offering me a discount, and already spoke to me in an unpleasant tone. The shower is leaking because the shower curtain is not the right size, so I had to wash the floor after each shower. When it was light, the elevator did not work for a whole week. Managers do not communicate with each other and say different information. When I left, I was not given any instructions and had to call to ask what I should do. When leaving, I was openly answered in a disparaging tone. I was constantly told that I live in their cheapest apartments, but for the same money I could easily live in a hotel with real 24/7 service. I do not recommend this company and will never stay in their apartments again.
Summary: Never again. Maybe ok for 1 night but not for weeks.
