The back of the house is a screened in porch above the brook, where you'll feel as if you're in a tree house. It’s quiet yet it's only a short drive to hiking, skiing, restaurants, and shops—perfect as a writing or painting retreat.
two indoor cats will be in residence -when requesting an exchange, please indicate that you enjoy cats and will feed them There is an automatic litter box that will need tending every 8 days.
there is a queen bed in an upstairs bedroom Seasonally, another queen bed is available on a screened-in porch by the brook. I have a twin bedroom that I use for personal storage but if needed, can be made available.
