this four-season home is the perfect location for a family get-away Only 11 miles from Mt Sunapee, you can ski all day and then enjoy the wonderful dining of New London or Sunapee through the evening during the winter. Summer brings new opportunities to swim, kayak and fish on serene Messer Pond.
warm and welcoming for family gatherings and entertaining, the living room, dining room and kitchen flow together with a vaulted ceiling and lovely views of the property and pond There is a large deck and beautiful gazebo off the main living space, complete with great outdoor furniture and a gas barbeque for grilling. The kitchen boasts new appliances and all the comforts of home with a kitchen dining area and breakfast bar. The house is outfitted with smart TV's and/or cable throughout. if you must do some work, although we don't recommend it, there is excellent wi-fi throughout the house!
there are 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the first floor The master bedroom is private with a comfy king size bed and large master bath with a soaking tub. The second floor is private and can be closed off with a door. The newly built out second floor has a generously sized 4th bedroom with a king-sized bed, a media room, and a full bathroom.
