my cozy cabin is designed with your comfort and adventures in mind, featuring very comfortable beds and linens, smart tv, and high-speed wi-fi
you'll appreciate that we've made our space feel like a rustic home away from home, with everything you need for a great stay, including towels and dinnerware
but that's not all - we also offer access to a big deck with amazing lake view, perfect for relaxing and spending time with your group Also enjoy about the fire pit in the yard and indoor fore place.
- for indoor fire place or outdoor fire pit please bring your firewood
- i left a bbq for you to use, but i can't guarantee that it has been cleaned by the previous guest If you want to use the BBQ, you can clean it yourself and then use it. additionally, please bring your own propane capsule
- i have already installed a split type ductless a/c (18000 btu) in the main floor living room it is powerful enough to cool the chalet, but there is no a/c available in each room
-small boats and canoes are permitted only, there is no car to water ramp
-the campfire is available for my guests but in rare case of very dry season the city or province may restrict campfires This must be respected. You can check online about the ban during your dates.

you are invited to come to rest, be comfortable, and safe while you are my guest, that is the expected use of my place Please follow the rules to ensure a comfortable and safe stay. Failure to do so may result in loss of stay with no refund.
these rules are serious but i do want you to have a great time and no incidents for either of us during your trip :)
no parties $750 cleaning service fee and immediate removal (no refund).
guests are liable for damages
no undeclared guests or pets No animals (I have specific health concerns) There is $75 fine per person per night or you can lose the reservation. All people coming to the property, including visitors must be declared.
no smoking indoors $500 cleaning fee to remove smoking odors.
i ask you are quiet outside after 9pm
noise complaints after 10 pm result in a $500 fine and possible removal
check-out is at 11 am Late check-out incurs a $70/hour penalty to pay my housekeeper service their time waiting for you.
keep windows closed during bad weather, rain, snow, and when you are not home Negligence may result in charges.
do not remove makeup with towels or ruin fabrics Charges apply.
supplies are provided for the first week only Extra cleaning service is available for long stays, ask me about that service.
cleaning fees cover regular use of my place only Extra cleaning will be charged to the guest if there is excessive trash left out, party cleaning, smoking cleaning required. Clean the BBQ after use.
making a reservation is your agreement to these rules, cancellation policy, and airbnb policies
property manager or maintenance may need access in rare circumstances for emergency repairs Of course I will update you to the best of my ability.
no fireworks!!! any report of fireworks anywhere on the property or lake and the reservation is over They are not permitted in the area.
campfire please keep the fire reasonable and low and within the firepit Also in dry seasons there may be Province wide bans on campfires, which we must comply.
boats small boat or canoe only (what can be carried by hand, no car to water access) Additionally boats must be washed BEFORE brought to the property to ensure no cross contamination.
my place is nestled in nature, so there are many ways you must be responsible: around fire, swimming, boating, and more Please be safe and smart about these things..
