Very private with 3 acres of land and its own dock on a private lake. The house is on top of a mountain and has a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding mountains. It is 55 minutes from Montreal, 40 minutes from either Dorval or Mont Tremblant airport. It is a very peaceful and serene environment, with everything done just so — best quality appliances, beautiful finishings, etc. In the summer, there is also a fun sandy beach that's only for families with homes around the lake; a three minute walk down the hill — a safe, gravel road that no cars drive up. In the winter, there is snowshoeing and skiing on the lake, and tons of paths through the forests.

You can fish and catch little guys in summer, and skate, cross country ski, or snowshoe on the lake in winter. The property is entirely landscaped, and was renovated about 10 years ago.
there is cable, netflix, super reliable wifi, a great printer, and all that It is totally set up for work. The downstairs playroom can function as a second office too.
