the superb accommodation has beach-inspired decor and includes an entrance hall which leads to a glorious beamed sitting room with comfortable seating, a bay window, the wood burning stove and tv/dvd The hallway also leads to a lovely dining room which seats up to five people, ideal for enjoying a family breakfast or discussing the day's adventures over dinner - and overlooks the rear garden.
the brand new kitchen is very stylish with its superb granite work surfaces and original yorkshire stone floors; well-equipped, it has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave, plus a built-in wine rack and a washing machine and dryer It is open plan with the dining room, so you can keep the cook company! The kitchen leads to the garden.

on the first floor there are two bedrooms To the front is a good-size family bedroom with double bed and a single bed. The master bedroom has sea views and can be a twin or the two 3' single beds can be joined to make a 6' super king bed.
