this is a short-term room (only) rental in my home Not a full-on roommate situation. A non-smoking, very quiet mature student, very clean habits, good with cats - as I have one. You have access to the kitchen to make your own meals and the shared laundry in the basement. It is a single bed with a computer table and your own refrigerator. There are two other apartments in the basement so being quiet in the evenings is important. Free wi-fi and laundry. Street parking.
