1 No Shoes Indoors: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, we kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the house. Shoe racks are provided at the entrance for your convenience.
2 Quiet Hours: We value a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors during these times.
3 Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 4pm - 8pm, and check-out time is at 10 am. If you require different timing, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
4 No Parties or Events: Our property is in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. Please respect our neighbors' peace and privacy.
5 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the house. there will be an additional fine for smoking on the property
6 No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pets policy in our property. Please refrain from bringing any pets onto the premises. If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements.
7 Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Please do not exceed this limit. All guests must be registered in advance.
