Summary: We spent a week at Via Serena with our adult children - all of whom needed to work during the day. Unfortunately the internet was intermittent and wifi coming in and out the entire time we were there. Our children had to go to coffee shops to work during the day and at night we’d all try to sit and watch a movie only to have it freeze and turn off to the point where we just gave up. The manager came on two days to “fix” the issue and finally had Comcast come on the second to last day but it still did not work. That was disruptive and was a frustrating part of our stay. The house is cute and well decorated. It is an older home and the bathrooms very small and dated. Small but cosy and while the three houses there are very close to each other we don’t mind at all sounds of children playing in the pools. The view across the marsh is beautiful. The listing on the website said “1 king, 1 Queen and two twins” but there was not a king bed to be found in the house. When we brought this up to the management they acted like this was a mystery and did nothing more about it. We would not have rented the house without a master king frankly. After we checked out they refunded us 100$ which seems wholly inadequate for a 6,000$ rental week.
