sandy's cottage is set amongst large oak trees in the east beach neighborhood This one-level 3 Bedroom 4 Bath beach house is FUNctional, well-decorated and very comfortable. The house is located on Eleventh Street putting the best part of East Beach only a 0.10 mile walk from your front door!!
this house has a courtyard layout with most rooms facing a private pool and backyard
the living room has cozy furniture and a table perfect for jigsaw puzzles The den, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom overlook the pool. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, completely separate his and her full bathrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. The third bedroom has one full-sized bed, one twin bed and one slide-out twin trundle bed. The living room has a sleeper couch. The den and all bedrooms have Smart TVs.
