this is a private, single-family home and it is not shared with anyone The home is located in a quiet, suburban, and residential neighborhood. It is a safe area and convenient to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. A convenient feature of this home for guests that may have mobility issues is that there are no steps required to reach the home and everything is on one floor.
you will have access to the entire house except for the rear utility room, which is locked and not accessible to guests If you want to access the backyard, you will need to walk around from the front of the house. The driveway has space for one vehicle and is free to use.

if your unit has a thermostat and the thermostat is locked, do not tamper with it or try to break open the lock Doing so is called vandalism and is highly inappropriate. We will withhold your security deposit if you do this and possible submit for more damages depending on the situation.
also, guests must leave the apartment in the condition they found it (eg. no leftover food, nothing that creates a need for excessive or deep cleaning). Please wash all dishes that you use, remove food that you've brought in, and discard all trash. Our cleaning fee is lower than most and it covers basic cleaning tasks like washing of linens and towels, vacuuming, etc. The cleaning fee does not cover deep cleaning, excessive kitchen and bathroom cleaning, etc. thanks for your cooperation!
if you check out late, there will be a $100 per hour fee for each hour or fraction of an hour that you stay beyond the check out time
