This is an entire house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a living room and fully functional kitchen. Private backyard also included. Convenient and quiet area close to major highways. Not far from Newark Airport (EWR) and New York City. Bus stop one block away. Good for families, tourists, traveling workers, interns, etc. No parties, events, or smoking -- strictly enforced.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and a bathroom. The second floor has a bedroom with an attached, private bathroom. There is also a fenced-in backyard that is for exclusive use by Airbnb guests, not shared with anyone.

this is a quiet, residential neighborhood made up of mostly single-family homes Downtown Perth Amboy and Downtown Woodbridge are both nearby. Shopping and restaurants also in the nearby area. Major highways are easily accessible and the NJ Transit Bus No. 48 is 1 block away from the house.
this house is located in an area close to the garden state parkway, nj turnpike, route 1 and route 9, etc Driving to the house is quite easy. If you don't have a car, NJ Transit Bus No. 48 stops just 1 block away from the house. This bus can take you to Woodbridge Train Station (about a 5 minute bus ride). From there, you can catch a train to New York City. The travel time from this house to Penn Station New York is about 1 hour and 15 minutes in total.
self check-in and check-out are available There is a lockbox with keys at the entry door to the building. We will send you the code to the lock box on the day of your arrival. The code will not be sent in advance.
the check-in window is 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm If you are planning to arrive after 11:00 pm, you must clear this with us. No one will be available to support you during check-in if you arrive very late at night (after 11:00 pm) and your check in will be entirely self-service at those hours. We will not issue any refunds for problems with checking in after 11 pm. There is no luggage storage at the house.
there is no driveway or off-street parking Parking is not included with this rental. You will need to find parking on the street. It is free to park on the street and not too difficult to find a spot. You do not need any permits to park on the street, but you need to check the street cleaning signs. The town cleans the streets once per week and you can’t park on those streets during the street cleaning hours. We cannot be responsible for any parking violations you may receive.
please also note that this house is an older house Some recent guests have arrived with higher expectations than what we can provide given the age of the house. The place looks like the photos in the listing and we keep it clean. It is a basic space with basic amenities. If you are looking for a functional and competitively priced place relatively close to New York City and Newark Airport EWR, this would be a good space for you. If you are looking for a modern and luxury stay, this is probably not the place for you.

guests are responsible for bagging all garbage and placing the bags in the bins outside the building, or at the curb, as instructed by the host (host will communicate with guest regarding this)
if your unit has a thermostat and the thermostat is locked, do not tamper with it or try to break open the lock Doing so is called vandalism and is highly inappropriate. We will withhold your security deposit if you do this and possible submit for more damages depending on the situation.
also, guests must leave the apartment in the condition they found it (eg. no leftover food, nothing that creates a need for excessive or deep cleaning). Please wash all dishes that you use, remove food that you've brought in, and discard all trash. Our cleaning fee is lower than most and it covers basic cleaning tasks like washing of linens and towels, vacuuming, etc. The cleaning fee does not cover deep cleaning, excessive kitchen and bathroom cleaning, etc. thanks for your cooperation!
if you check out late, there will be a $100 per hour fee for each hour or fraction of an hour that you stay beyond the check out time
if you smoke, use incense, use drugs of any kind (including marijuana and cannabis) anywhere on the property including outside areas and common areas, we will charge a $300 fee If there are damages related to smoking or drug use, we will charge fees in addition to this $300..
