the location and neighbourhood is fantastic, there is a reason we call this place central escape! the cape was ashley's childhood home, it holds so many great memories you can be on squam lake in a few minutes or up in the mountains in a few more!

They operate their home business on the same property and the only thing that is shared is the parking space during the weekdays. We ask that Airbnb guests park on the upper section of the driveway.
