This 2 bedroom cabin is only feet from the water's edge at The Boulders at Squam. The pine ceilings, floors and walls provide a true camp feel. Although it is a cabin, this property is clean with modern amenities. Enjoy waking up to the sound of waves lapping at the shore line and loons calling to one another. *Please note that from the parking lot, there are two flights of stairs to get to this cottage. Stairs and uneven terrain may be challenging for those with mobility issues. *
the boulders at squam: this stand alone cottage is right on little squam lake! the cottage is one of multiple rentals on the 23 acre property that share 585 feet of water frontage. There is a beautiful beach, mature trees, and free use of fire pits, grills, canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. This is the perfect place to enjoy the lake.
