guests have access to the third-floor penthouse and second-floor apartment with 2 additional bedrooms and 1 bath The home is equipped with Schlage key code locks for convenience, and we’re always available via phone if needed.
just minutes from hampton and salisbury beaches, newburyport, portsmouth, and plum island nature reserve, serendipity offers easy private beach access and is close to top seafood spots

please be respectful of neighboring properties and never park in spots not assigned to serendipity beach retreat Improper parking may result in towing at the guest’s expense.
