nautical & yoga retreat is a tranquil sanctuary offering guests a taste of new england’s north shore, infused with the essence of well-being This thoughtfully designed retreat features high ceilings and abundant natural light, paired with eco-friendly hardwood floors and a luxurious marble kitchen—all creating a refined, beachside atmosphere.
the yard is a shared space with the other two condos, offering a beautifully groomed area for guests to enjoy After a day on the beach, unwind in the hammock as you listen to the soothing surf, wind chimes, or watch the sunset.
guests have access to the entire environment, including the second-floor balcony, the local flora on the grounds, the bbq area, and private beach access This is the ultimate space to relax, play, and reconnect with nature.

a municipal lot is located nearby at the corner of route 286 and 1a ($5/day)
🚫 winter parking ban (december 1 – april 1):
no on-street parking from 12:00 am to 6:00 am
no on-street parking at any time during snowstorms or snow removal operations
please be respectful of neighboring properties and never park in spots not assigned to serendipity beach retreat Improper parking may result in towing at the guest’s expense.
