Down the hall you’ll find a newly-renovated full bathroom with tub/shower combo and two relaxing bedrooms featuring comfortable beds with fresh sheets, extra blankets, black-out shades, and clothing storage.

cleaning and care
• please clean up after yourself Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
• treat stains immediately with remover before laundering
• we provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels Let us know if anything is missing.
• for stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately
• excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees
long-term stays
• 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in
• guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance
• if the property is in an hoa, guests must also sign and follow the hoa handbook
• lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules
• violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund
pet policy
• no animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing This includes short visits.
