this is a 2-story townhouse with a comfortable floor plan
☆ you'll arrive and park in the driveway in front of the home One vehicle can park in the garage and another in the driveway (or on the street).
☆ first floor: the first floor has a 1/2 bathroom, living room area with tv, freshly renovated kitchen, and dining area with four chairs The dining room area flows out to a lovely patio space with outdoor furniture.
☆ kitchen: we've provided a stocked kitchen with most things that you should need for basic cooking keurig coffee with a few pods provided to get you started!
☆ up the stairs, you'll find the two bedrooms (one queen and one full bed) and the updated full bathroom The bathroom has a walk-in shower stall (no bathtub).
☆ the laundry room is in the basement, which also includes a bonus room (currently unfurnished)
we do ask for assistance from our guests in moving the trash and recycling bins to/from the curb in front of the house on the pickup days We'll provide reminder messages and we'll be available to help anyone with physical limitations if needed..
