*this is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.

*the keys are picked up from our partner concierge which is about a 1 minute walk from the home
*there are 2 flights of stairs (approx 20 steps) to get to the apartment.
*there is no washer or dryer in the home There are several laundry services around the area on Hughes Street and Victoria Street.
*you are booking an apartment in one of the most centralised suburbs in sydney There may be some outside noise from neighbouring buildings, shops or restaurants. This is the same for almost any apartment in this suburb.
