definitely check out the royal botanical gardens when you’re here too Both amazing water views - the best in Sydney. Great for picnics too.
potts point is known in sydney for its restaurants and bars, and this is literally on our doorstep Sydney CBD is also just a 15-minute walk.
bus stations and the kings cross train station are a 3-4 minute walk away
ubers are plentiful too if you feel a tad lazy It’s about $12 to get just about anywhere in the city.

there is all day free street parking on weekends on my street
on weekdays it’s just 2 hours free parking so i’d recommend paid parking close by there are a few options near my area but my recommendation would be:
203 victoria street, potts point
note: recommended you book ahead for this option however The cost for that carpark is from $17/day but you do get unlimited re-entries.
