• cleaning: the property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival For longer stays, we require professional cleaning by our housekeepers every 2 weeks; guests can arrange and pay for this cleaning with the manager. Regardless of the length of stay, we reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
• rental agreement: to ensure a safe and comfortable stay, the owners of this property require that all guests sign a rental agreement that clearly sets forth the terms and conditions of your stay We send the Rental Agreement with your booking confirmation and we require your signature within 24 hours; we reserve the right to cancel your booking with a 15% cancellation fee if we do not receive a signed agreement.
