Uniquely situated on a quiet lane overlooking Duck Creek and Uncle Tim's Bridge, it is a short 3 to 5 minute walk to the town center for shops, galleries, restaurants, the Wellfleet Farmers Market and one of Cape Cod's best library.

enjoy the deck, stone patio and surrounding gardens The cottage has been renovated and tastefully appointed. The first floor has an open living/dining area with comfortable seating, flat screen TV with cable, dining table and kitchen. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower stall. The second floor bedroom, accessed by ship ladder stairs*, has a king bed and a lovely view of the patio below. There is one A/C window unit in the dining area and another in the second floor bedroom.
